Camp Chickagami Virtual Museum
1978 Chickagami Early Bird Patch
Mr. Howard Hurlbert of Kinsman silk screened this map of the camp as an incentive to sign up for summer camp early. The concept was only used for one year, although it was relatively successful. Much of his work would be seen in the late 70's and early 80's in the form of silk screened t-shirts, neckerchiefs, and iron-on transfers as promotional materials and Chickgami Staff insignia. Their family business became the major marketing arm for camp and for Scouting with most of it being donated.
